The course will use real-world examples to explore difficult workplace situations, documentation, decision-making, and when to involve the right authority.

Taught by Craig Cox, retired Riley County Deputy Counselor and KAC’s interim General Counsel, the structure in broken up into three sections. Legal Aspects of Management is a core course in KAC’s Foundations in County Government professional development program. Participants will receive credit toward the Foundations certificate.

 

Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
